CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES

Your country may apply duties, VAT, customs fees, or other import taxes to your order. These costs are not part of the purchase price and will be charged to you separately by the shipping carrier or your local customs office.

SHIPPING

All jewellery orders are sent through FedEx and come with full insurance coverage equal to the purchase value. Pieces that require adjustments, such as resizing, will ship within approximately 2 weeks, while most ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 5–7 days. Every shipment requires a signature upon delivery, and insurance remains active until the parcel has been signed for. Once your order has been completed, you’ll receive a tracking number, and we recommend signing up for shipping alerts on FedEx.com. If customs needs further information, a Fedex agent representative may contact you by phone or email — it's essential to respond and submit any requested documents within 5 days to avoid the package being returned to us at your expense.

To meet insurance requirements, all parcels are double-boxed for added protection, even if it may feel excessive. If FedEx cannot complete the delivery, the parcel will be held at the nearest FedEx location. Please note that choosing to waive the signature requirement voids all insurance coverage, and we cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages in that circumstance. If a parcel is lost due to courier error, we can file an insurance claim on your behalf, and a refund will be issued once the claim has been successfully resolved. JEWELLERY CARE

Proper jewellery care can easily be done at home to keep your pieces clean, sparkling, and long-lasting.

CLEANING

Clean rings and other pieces with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft toothbrush, making sure to scrub behind the stones where buildup collects. Rinse well and dry with a soft cloth.

DAILY WEAR TIPS

Gold, platinum, silver, diamond, sapphire, and enamel jewellery can be worn while washing hands or showering. Remove rings before applying lotions to avoid residue that dulls a gemstone's appearance. Take jewellery off before sleeping and wear gloves when using harsh cleaning products.

SPECIAL GEMSTONE CARE

Pearls, opals, and other soft stones should be kept away from lotions, perfumes, and chemicals to prevent damage.

GOLD, PLATINUM & SILVER CARE

Gold and Platinum will scratch with normal wear and gold can thin over time if worn during activities like workouts, gardening, construction, or art projects—remove your pieces beforehand. Store silver in airtight plastic bags to prevent tarnish.

GENERAL ADVICE

Let your jewellery rest occasionally to extend its beauty and lifespan.

RETURNS

Custom, made-to-order, and personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns. Ready-to-ship items within Canada may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, provided they are unworn, unaltered, in original packaging, and returned within 10 days. Sale items, discounted items, engraved or resized pieces, loose gemstones, international orders, and damaged or improperly cared-for jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes on returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels. We can provide an insured return label for an additional fee.

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please contact us for review. We recommend securing personal jewellery insurance—especially for softer gemstones.
