When an item is in stock, the order will be dispatched within 5 days from the date the order is placed. If it is being re-sized, it will be dispatched within 14 days of being placed.
Shipping fees cover the cost of shipping and handling. These flat rates are applied at checkout and offer fully insured shipments for the value of your fine jewellery. We ship with Fedex and a jewellery insurance broker for additional peace of mind. For international orders (outside of Canada), items are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by your country and will be billed to you separately by the carrier.
We cannot directly control delivery times, especially concerning customs clearance.

If an item needs to be returned for any reason, all shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer’s responsibility.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If you find any fault with your order, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue. Every piece is created with care, and we guarantee the setting for 1 year after the date of creation. Gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against regular wear and tear, chips or breakage. We do not guarantee settings against regular wear and tear or “accidental” damage made by the customer. It is important to purchase private insurance from a company like Jeweler’s Mutual to protect your financial investment in jewellery against loss or theft, damage or loss. If work is done to your piece by a third party jeweller after purchase, we do not guarantee your purchase. We also do not cover costs of repair done by another jeweller. If you have any issues, please contact us. Please keep all waybills associated with your shipment. If items need to be returned to us from over any international border, documentation is required to return ship. Shipping for to and from us to for repairs is not covered. We would like you to be happy with your fine jewellery purchase and will try to resolve any issues in a timely and fair manner.

Ready to ship items can be returned within 5 days of receipt in their original condition, unworn, unscratched, unaltered with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original Emily Gill packaging. Ready to ship items are only eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds are given. Rings which have been resized are non-refundable. If you decide to return your in-stock purchase, please contact me first so I can give you proper return shipping instructions. I will inspect the item upon receipt and deem it worthy or unworthy of exchange. Buyer must pay insured return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
